COVID-19 Update: A message to our City Six Cosmetic family

Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers. For this reason, all products will be shipped in with the utmost care and attention with proper sanitary measure taken to ensure the safety of the receiver.  

What does this mean for you?

  • Shipping times may be delayed. Unfortunately, we have no control over how shipping is handled due to the ever-changing rules/regulations set by the Canadian government surrounding COVID.  However, processing times remain the same but maybe extended due to holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

City Six Cosmetics offers shipping promotions on orders over $50 at which time domestic customers receive free shipping. These promotions may change periodically. City Six Cosmetics currently ships to Canada and the US only. 

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$13 flat fee for domestic, all provinces within Canada (free shipping over $50)

$18 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide (free shipping over $60)

Order must be placed by 12 pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing times usually take 1-2 business days. Delivery times are placed on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

All orders should be received within 4-8 business days, ideally within 3-4 from purchase.
Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Canada Day, Victoria Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labour Day or otherwise.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on City Six Cosmetics, sign in to My Account review your orders and it will contain your shipping information.

Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the original shipping carrier to local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Packages undeliverable will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed back to City Six Cosmetics.
